PPrivacy
The public website keeps aggregate counters and the protected service keeps only the account data needed to provide access.
We count page views, an approximate first browser visit per UTC day, broad platform, broad acquisition source, locally resolved country, and selected useful actions. Each dimension is stored as a separate daily total. Country data uses DB-IP Country Lite under CC BY 4.0.
The analytics file contains no IP address, visitor identifier, device fingerprint, full referrer URL, precise location or visitor journey. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable the public counter in compatible browsers.
Customer accounts use secure session cookies. Failed sign-in totals are recorded without attempted addresses or network identifiers. Temporary account lockouts and an in-memory network rate limit defend against password guessing. When an administrator creates a temporary private-file link, only its cryptographic hash, file reference, expiry and download count are retained.
